This pie tin is PFTE free and constructed from robust heavy gauge alloy. Known as `Heat Spread Technology', during cooking, the core material draws in all available heat and distributes it evenly for a perfect finish.

In common with many high-quality products, anodised and silver anodised products should never be put in the dishwasher. Simply wash in hot soapy water and dry thoroughly.
