This 15cm continental flan tin is PFTE free and constructed from robust heavy gauge alloy. Known as `Heat Spread Technology',during cooking, the core material draws in all available heat and distributes it evenly for a perfect finish. Because of its high conductivity properties, there is no need to `blind bake' and food can be frozen and defrosted efficiently which is an additional benefit.

In common with many high-quality products, anodised and silver anodised bakeware should never be put in the dishwasher. Simply wash in hot soapy water and dry thoroughly.
